poor sewer design.. flow is too slow, not enough scouring velocity. Should be minimum 2 feet per second to stop buildup of solids which creates methane, hydrogen sulfide, and other great stuff.. A very toxic and explosive environment. The girl could have died from lack of O2, high H2S level, drowning, or just the physical trauma. I bet the sewers there are really really bad in some places for gas issues |
