As a medical professional, I can say that it very much does look like cardiac arrest. We didn’t see much of the clip prior to her loss of consciousness, and her expression is that of lips pressed tight, almost a grimace, as the clip starts so she could have been holding her breath in response and seemingly stoic for some time.
