That's not a heart attack. Coronaries are painful as fuck. She would have grimaced or her eyes would have flared from the excruciating pain. She's just a nervous or overexcited bride that fainted during the ceremony  |

Think you'd see more movement if it were a heart attack. But if she did indeed died, maybe she had a defective valve that failed quickly, but gradually, and her body didn't react much because of all the excitement. Could also been a massive stroke, but think it unlikely.
