Im thinking the exact same thing.I guess these clowns ,after they finger this dudes wounds and smear to their hearts content,take him to the morgue.Do they even have a coroner?Looks like it indicates on the uniforms 'technical police?'I don't think their courts go by forensics if anyone is ever brought to trial.

And the need to move the mans body? It's a crime scene, why...contaminate any evidence? To actually drag the dead victim...how does that even make sense?
