I think the movement in that dark mass is just due to the low resolution of the original media, not maggots or ants. And that necrotic jaw and belly wound looks a lot like damage from Krokodil (s). |

I can watch death and dismemberment all day, but FUCK THIS VIDEO. I have the biggest fear of maggots ever. My mom used to lock me in the garden shed when she wanted to do drugs, and that place was crawling with maggots. I really want a back story for this.
