cant really see what's eating this fucked up dude but maggots WILL eat living flesh, they'll eat ANYTHING, they're used to clean wounds of dead flesh but have to be removed once they reach living flesh or they'll eat that too, they cant distinguish between live or dead flesh, they're far too unintelligent & basic an organism to differentiate, anyway, this bloke aint gonna win any beauty shows whether its maggots or something else !!!!

you must be deluded yourself if you think this is a medical procedure !!! Only specially bred sterilised maggots are used for such procedures & only for infections on relatively minor wounds, do you HONESTLY think they would use maggots to remove such a HUGE amount of necrotic flesh, the guy's lower mandible is showing for christ's sake & they would NEVER EVER use such an unmanageable number of maggots for this, you like to question the knowledge & intelligence of other members in this group but i suggest you question your own !!!!
