Re: Barge Explosion in Colombian Port Kills At Least Five

The explosion was triggered by a petroleum-derived chemical product. Local authorities reported that the barge contained fuel residue and volatile gases inside its compartments.

Kevin A. C. C. who was a dedicated maritime sector laborer.

Kenny I.J.R. who was a young woman recognized locally for her community involvement and hard work and was an apprentice from the national training service SENA. She was the wife of a local Civil Defense volunteer.

José L. M. B. who was an operational worker assigned to the vessel.

Luis. M. who was knocked into the waters of the Canal del Dique by the force of the initial blast and found later on.
