I doubt videos like this are fake/made by AI because AI needs to be trained on huge amounts of well annotated data to make videos accurately. Current AI models don't have violent content in them, and what little they do have, is chaotic and not annotated well if at all. You would need to custom design a dedicated "gore AI" for it to work, and even then, there isnt enough content to pull off such detailed and specific video. And...last but not least, even the best AI models now can only generate like 10 seconds of coherent video, after which things get weird and you need to start stitching footage.

Wow...I initially thought "this can't be real", must be AI stuff but I thinks it's legit.

It looks too real and the pictures and corpse and "meat" and everything is far too realistic given what I know about the human body and autopsy photos to not be real.
