Though I do wonder at what point she urinated.
From the fact it has pooled round her butt but not down her legs it seems to me it happened when she was on her back (likely already dead) and having her head hacked off.

That point, especially if the spinal cord is severed anyone would lose bladder control. so if she had held it to that point, go on her.

No, if you look you can actually see that the backs of her ankles are wet. Meaning that it occurred, at least in part, while her legs were tucked up underneath her during the interrogation or right as the cutting started, not after she went ptrostrate.

Not that anyone could blame her.
