the us doesn't have to honor the geneva conventions in this war since it is not a true campaign or a declaration of war. all we have to abide by is the ucmj.

As the Taliban are not a legit army , who answer to NO legit government , the Geneva convention does not apply. The US and Nato have not declared war on the taliban , under the rules of the Geneva convention . The fuckin raghead Muslim scum would never recognise the geneva convention anyway . Weve all seen the "Justice" the ragheads give out to the Kuffar/Kaffir(Non believer). They get beheaded ! WHY should the west abide to UN conventions ! |
