Dead men usually don't sit in upright positions, they show no characteristics of being dead ...before the fire that is. I think they know they are going to die, and they are actually probably praying and trying to depart their bodies before hell hits, I know that's what I'd do. In certain situations, trying to fight it and escape would just distract you from the peace you might find in some sort of prayer and accepting death, it would lead to more fear and panic - They didn't give these fucks the satisfaction of screaming and pleading for their lives, they took it like men. Shitty situation to be in, incomprehensible unless you actually are facing and going through it... fuckem. |
