Doesn't surprise me. Those sick fucks (police officers) always get away with murder. Police officers=Terrorists. I'm now going to watch the vid in which the french police officer begs for his life before his brains are blown out. That is the faith every police officer deserves.

Man, that was just fucked up! Homeboy just stood there, in a dazed and confused demeanor and BAM! Tazed while standing in a pool of water. Then the autopsy showed he suffered a black eye, broken rib and a multitude of bruises and cuts. There are so many things these officers did wrong it boggles the mind. The video was enough to convict. Sad!

The fact that he was wet may have cause a stronger discharge or even allow the charge to go deeper inside the body.

When they killed people with electric chair they used to put sponged filled with water on the head of the inmate otherwise the current cannot transfer well enough to kill someone quickly even with high voltage.
