Manslaughter at best, you have to prove they meant to kill him for it to be murder, most cops are assholes but they don't wilfully kill people (Mostly).

Agree with you there  for it to be 1st or 2nd degree murder it has to be proven to be voluntary.In this case it would be tough to prove without any reasonable doubt that killing him was intentional. But I still feel they should have had manslaughter charges filed against them  |

Lazy ass cops. Would rather kill him than expend any energy cuffing him. That's a big-ass payday for the guys family. Civil judgement, wrongful death.
