This is considered terrorism to me. No matter where it is. A whole family got taken out here in Eugene a few years back, by a drunk driver.

A drunk driver is much like an IED. Unpredictable, you never know when or where it's gonna happen, and just like IEDs, who the fuck knows how many people are gonna get killed. People bitch about ragheads then get wasted and go somewhere, fuck that shit. There is not one thing in existence that justifies drunk driving like this, America or not. Shit, we know it's gonna happen, and we still do it. What does that say about the human race? You do this, and you proceed to lose all regards for life, yours or someone else's, no matter what age or what. Does not matter. You might as well be a fucking militant. Go ahead and kill.

this is only partially true because a lot of the time drunk drivers leave the scene of the accident .. a dui is a worse crime than leaving the scene of an accident..
