I just saw a hanging case on a crime show. You need to make two knots to snap the back vertebrae, along with the hyoid, but, I'm not sure if you have to use a specific knot. Personally, I think a higher distance might help as well, like a tree.

anyone know what he was rubbing on his face? was that lotion?.....and whats the point? also was that real time? .....at what point does someone become unconscious? more specifically, when what the last chance he had to stand up and save himself??? seems to he that hanging ones self that way would be virtually impossible because of the instinct to stand up and Breathe!  |
