Which governments are denying it? USA and Canada are both bombing Isis targets in Syria. USA has dropped thousands of bombs in the last year. President Obama even recently gave an interview and said that dismantling Isis is still a top priority.
Additionally, using nuclear weapons is against International law. Not only would it result in massive numbers of innocent lives lost (which is the very reason everyone hates Isis), that would instantly put The United States at risk of many treaties dissolving and massive distrust of the US by the rest of the world. Nuclear weapons can NEVER be used on the planet again or all is lost.
