I'd say this is a "non-aircraft" case of PIO (Pilot Induced Oscillation). The truck steers to one side due to a bump in the road and the driver panics and turns the wheel in the opposite way one bit too much causing the truck to overturn to the other side, and on and on... until tragedy. It's easy to say "they all deserved to die for being stupid", but the sad truth is, Honduras is not a rich country. Not everyone has a beautiful SUV parked in front of their cozy suburban home, like a lot of people in first world countries tend to think. There's places where the only available transportation is to jump in a truck full of people or a full day of walking.
