Looks like she could have died from blood poisoning or an overdos of drugs/alcohol , that would explain the thing thats by he'r nose aswell as the red marks:)

its striations from someone beating her with something after she was already dead which caused the blood to surface under the skin immediatly

I would not say its levity of the blood (staying in one place too long, blood pooling) See that white foam leads me to believe that she drowned and the marks on her is of chest compressions to try to help her but didn't.

This may be off the wall, but it actually looks like she may have had a dog. Dogs are very loyal and when she died, maybe he was putting his paws on her to try to wake her.

Its probably a cocain od. the red marks and the foam around her nose is as far as i can see the most revealing things about it.
