I would not say its levity of the blood (staying in one place too long, blood pooling) See that white foam leads me to believe that she drowned and the marks on her is of chest compressions to try to help her but didn't. |

This may be off the wall, but it actually looks like she may have had a dog. Dogs are very loyal and when she died, maybe he was putting his paws on her to try to wake her.
