It looks like the offspring of the "Fluke Man" from that episode of the X-files. I was nervous using a port-o-potty for quite awhile after seeing that episode.

I get pretty annoyed with people who immediately assume that anything wrong with a baby is the result of the mother using drugs. Babies born to drug-addicted mothers don't look like monsters. They look like sad, underweight, inconsolable babies. The harm that's done to them isn't as visible as people seem to think it should be.
