the parents had to know that it was that badly disfigured before birth.....how awful would that be if they didnt know and they are expecting this beautiful little baby and out pops this little guy  scene from a bad horrow movie |

If the parents could see this major deformity in X-rays before birth, I don't think it would be a bad thing to abort. No point bringing this baby into this world...it would suffer too much.
