Couldn't this be a different burn than a boiling water burn? It looks black and a little charred in spots, perhaps from an electrical burn. (?) Water burns don't cause that type of appearance. The skin is peeled/peeling off but it's not blistered and it just doesn't look like a water burn to me. |
