My mom had gastric bypass I think two years ago, she's looking great, there's just all that extra skin...anyway, this guy looks phenomenal! He's actually quite handsome!

Pretty incredible. It looks like he still needs a little more skin removed. Or maybe that will shrink over time on it's own? Who knows, but it's still pretty awesome!

saw the show on him on TLC: as many people here already said- there was no gastric bypass, he put the food down and started working out. a plastic surgeon did the skin removal/tuck work pro bono.
