This is a case of the 1 child per family law in China. Women who become pregnant with a second child are kidnapped by this "secret police" and are held against their will until the forced abortion is completed. Thanks to this law many female babies are aborted or become victims of infanticide in China. People want a male to carry on the family name. Plus females are deemed and second class humans so many baby girls unfortunately meet this fate. It wasn't until recent years that the law has changed to 2 children per family. When this photo came into light several years ago it was met with outrage worldwide.

Chinese and Asians in general seem to be void of empathy. Almost like their genes are programmed to not give a shit. Which is cool because I don't give one crap about anyone either. Only a select few in my circle are worthy. The rest can go to hell.
