Re: Colon Cleansing, The Aftermath
I've read that Doctors claim that this whole colon cleansing need is CRAP and our intestines are NOT covered by old non shed food... I was worried about this sometime last year and had considered water therapy but ... I never got around to it with the little controversy they had going.

Re: Colon Cleansing, The Aftermath
These are pictures from the Dr. Natura Colonix site. I bought the stuff, sadly, but hadn't ever used it because I kept finding more and more stuff against its use. Later I learned that the term "mucoid plaque" was pretty much an invention by the colon cleansing freaks and that it isn't something that is medically recognized at all. The article I read also stated that several well-known bulking agents and other ingredients that caused BMs like this were in the capsules and supplements. So yeah, go with the fiber.
