Those are called keloids. An over growth of scars, very common in blacks.
Problem is they're practically impossible to remove, 'cos new keloid scars will form from the surgery incisions

what the fuck are those black thingies?
keloids, its just scar tissue. mostly black people get them (not being mean), but i have a keloid where the pipe was pulled from my chest.
