I think she may have actually been "pregnant" with her twin. Her fetus absorbed her twins and it just stayed there.
But I could be wrong and it could just be a tumor.

I saw a girl who was in her early twenties with this. She was able to live and do things, but it was crazy because her legs were still small...this world is a mad one indeed
