Exactly. Depleted uranium isn't radioactive enough to cause burns or other skin injuries unless you're carrying it around in your pocket all day. And radiation does not cause a lot of these mutations; many of them are genetic, and others can be caused by many, many things. You are entirely correct in noting that depleted uranium is the favorite topic of blame at the moment... blame Mother Nature or lack of access to medical care. You are also correct to call bullshit... most of these pics were assembled from sites having nothing whatsoever to do with depleted uranium. |

du's a fav amongst's scapegoat excuses. du although weak, still have a long ass half-life. lab rats proved it's nasty side effects but world health organization begged to differ when it comes to contamination on humans. good topic btw |
