Well that's great about your sugar, I'm still a little high in the mornings, was hoping I could quit taking the pills but I don't think it's to be, but that's ok, I'm otherwise pretty healthy.

In my case, there was not real grieving time between each one. I don't know how my poor mom handled it.

She is 77 and had a stroke in 2004, which cost her her driving privileges, but, it's for her and other peoples' safety. Holidays suck!

Sometimes, people don't know what to say or do after a death.

All you can do is express your condolences and call once in awhile to check on them.

If you take Metformin, one of the side effects is the weight loss. I was happy to hear that.

I crave sugar at night and do cheat. I have to cut that out gradually. I started out avoiding all sugar in the beginning, but, got lazy.

Too much of the sugar free ice cream and water ice is nasty, to put it nicely.

I take a diuretic every 2 or 3 days because I don't want to live in the bathroom as it is
