Wow, another picture with a completely wrong story, this site oughta be called documenting urban legends, real story is guy had some kind of cancer on his scalp that ate away at it until it got to bone, magots laid eggs and tadaa. didn't go to doctors because it didn't cause him pain, was in a minor accident where the paramedics were involved and they got called to the scene. they were obviously concerned so they took him to the trauma center at stanford (atleast your source got that part right).
