I have insomnia ,,, I take that shit by the handful ......... Sometimes I am awake for 3 days .. My shrink prescribes shit , but everything has a side effect . I have not have had a restful nights sleep in years .. I FUCKING SWEAR .. WHEN ITS MY TIME TO DIE ,, I WILL THINK ABOUT FINALLY BEING ABLE TO GET SOME FUCKING SLEEP ............................................. And get off this rancid planet. |

Many prayers and thoughts for you and your family. I struggle with mental illness and suicidal thoughts regularly, it is not easy. I'm glad there are people to help us in our darkest hours. It is a selfish thing, but sadly it happens and is part of life. Medication has greatly helped me and the care of a doctor as well.
