Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
Believe what you want but it’s 100% true. Schools will do & day things to keep from reporting anything that could bring down their grade/class. We were also told when she was physically assaulted that I only pressed charges against the girl bc she was black. Again, not true.

Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
I was also bullied at school and in my neighborhood, a lot of school staff would join or ignore it. Life was a living hell and I pray my daughter tells me if she's ever going through it.

Your daughter is beautiful! I hate bullies because I was bullied as a teen. I hope she is better. I’m wishing her strength and courage in this ugly world.

Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
If the background story is even true, why would you put your own daughter on here?! A minor who cannot give consent, recording from a private setting...but worst of all, being so vulnerable, and her own supposed “mother” does this?! |

Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
Why would I make that up? And yes my daughter did consent to me putting it on here. I talked to her about it and she made the decision on if it was posted or not. I also posted it on FB. My dad is on here as well. My mom okay’d that as well. You don’t know me, nor have you ever talked to me so you don’t get to judge me. I am a damn fine mom.

Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
I was there when it happened. I saw my own sisters heart rate sky rocket. I saw her eyes roll back and had a seizure. I was the one who ran out the room screaming for help. I was the one who found the pill bottle. I was the one who had to help my mother carry her into the hospital. I was in the car talking to her. I was the one who should’ve protected her but she doesn’t talk to me about her issues. I’m her big sister. I was there for everything. I went to go visit her in the hospital and she doesn’t even remember it. Seeing her hallucinate that we’re home, broke me. Seeing her in that state broke me. I’m so grateful that she’s here. Never fucking question someone’s story. Never fucking question my mother’s intentions. |

Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
Tried dph a couple times. 400mg of benadryl alone will have me unable to move with concrete legs, terrifying hallucinations see and talk to people that aren't there. Spiders crawling out of the floors and walls. I don't even want to know what she was feeling after she called you.

Re: Benedryl Overdose <child Warning>
I'm very sorry this happened. It does, however, leave me with some questions. I feel like bullying has always been there. For everyone at one time or another. When I was in school, there were bullies. When my parents went to school there were bullies. Grandparents, same thing. So my question is, and I mean no disrespect to anyone here, has bullying really changed SO much and gotten SO much worse, or have we as a society just become less able to deal with tough situations that at one time/for a long time, we were able/had no choice but to do? It's definitely something to think about.
