Those are human brain's for sure. The closest species to having a brain size and structure similar to ours are chimpazees and bonobos, but they're much smaller, and those appear to be about human size.

This is for dissection studies. I have to manage something like this in one of the experiments in General Biology for non-science majors. We use sheep brains. The preservative smells.
