i just think this baby was seriously underformed. no nipples, no genitalia, its ears and face also seem to be unformed (cant really see its face but seems as if it hasn't got a mouth?) i agree with helldog. deffinatley seems non-viable but not due to its genitalia. who knows what esle was going on with it. |

Deformed genitals quite often go along with other deformities throughout the body. A lot of times it is part of a genetic syndrome. The same genes that are responsible for properly assembling your genitals are also responsible for lots of other things in other parts of the body. So if the baby is non-viable it's probably because the deformed genitals are part of a lethal genetic condition. (believe it or not, one of the main genes involved in development is called sonic hedgehog... not kidding) |
