Young Woman Leaves With the Wrong Cyclists

This 20 year old woman was found lying dead from a bullet wound to the head a few blocks from her home last night. Her family refused to speak on camera for fear of retaliation, but did indicate that she left with two young men on bicycles, saying she was going to visit a neighbor. Only a few minutes later, gunshots were heard and the local social media groups for the neighborhood were reporting a dead girl lying ass-up near The Coconut Bar. Looks like she's missing one flip-flop out of the frame, so it is possible she knew she was about to get clipped and tried to flee in terror. Or maybe it just flew away when she got tagged in the back of the head, who knows.

Several of her friends stated that they did not know the two men she was seen with, but that she 'ran with an organized crowd.' My ear for Portuguese is fairly poor and I had to translate this report from a tv news source rather than a written one, so my details are somewhat vague. My inference, however, was that she had ties to local drug gangs and was probably executed as a result.

Sorry, by the way, for the lack of good photos. My primary search utility for foreign news sites basically just died last week and Google has been useless for years. I only have this set because Etsu sent it to me directly. Having a hard time finding good stuff lately, at least uncensored, so don't be too pissy about there only being one postmortem photo.
