The body has for sure been moved. Note the 'splatter marks'. The main 'splat' will be where the head hit and then will almost definitely have symmetrical dispurse. The body is not laying where it originally landed.
Well, yes, but wouldn't that make it even more weird that the slipper stayed on?

Imagine what ran through peoples heads(and who ran through hers I suppose).

Out doing some shopping and all of a sudden a woman splats all over the floor.. I think I would have been mildly shocked
