Did she undo her pants and then jump? It's pretty obvious what killed her - I see no reason to check for further injury at the scene.

The body has for sure been moved. Note the 'splatter marks'. The main 'splat' will be where the head hit and then will almost definitely have symmetrical dispurse. The body is not laying where it originally landed.
