no, it didn't. It happened 400 km from my city...
here's the background: another car broke down on the road, so they sent them a tow truck... a ramp tow truck... so, the trucker was doing something with the ramp (dunno why), and these guys, drunks as skunks, not managed to see a huge truck, with a car over it, and all blinky and stuff, and hit the ramp... that's why everyone is decapitated...
