Actually, I saw these photos about 10 years ago in a safety briefing while I was still active duty. The victim, who was a Warrent Officer, blindly walked behind the helicptor, forgeting there is also a spinning, stabilizing prop back there as well. Pretty gruesome.

He walked around the back of the helicptor and the stabilizing prop on the tail took his head off, saw it in a safety briefing several years ago when I was still active duty
