Re: Thief Vs Pitbull
I have no doubt that was extremely painful. My husband' s retired K-9 partner, a Belgian Malinois bit my hand in January and he was not even in attack mode. My hand was really messed up. I was in OT therapy for five months and I still cannot really make a fist or close my hand normally.

Re: Thief Vs Pitbull
I am still on the dog's side. And I'm sure they put it to sleep. Animals always get killed when somebody dies, even if it 'wasn't their fault.' Still, hope the burglar died quick, but don't kill the dog !

Re: Thief Vs Pitbull
Not true...if you get them as a puppy and treat them right they are no different than any other dog and I know because I've had pit bulls most of my life... I had such a great dog named Rowdy and someone actually came up into my yard and poisoned him just because of his breed... The dog I have now named Zeus is just as gentle and good natured as Rowdy was... He just looks intimidating... I am so sick of people judging them all to be vicious! IT IS ALL IN THE WAY THEY ARE TREATED! I wouldn't suggest that anyone break into my home though... |
