Hmm, I thought he tried to dismember her body when she died, but couldn't do the job and quit.
Some of the cuts look more like massive scratches, so he must have used a very dull saw, I guess?

I don't see livor mortis on the shoulder. Now someone else has found the real source of this video and the girl is drugged.
