I have autopsy pictures and info I'm gonna try to get the file size down to post. Detective wouldn't release me pictures but I still want to try other routes to get them so advice would be great !(:

I gave you all the advice you should need in my previous post, contained on the previous page. Though if you're only missing the crime scene photos at this point, you may be stuck.

The ME photos, they are required by law to release to you. The crime scene photos often do not have the same requirement, but if the investigation for his death is closed, they really shouldn't be blocking you. If they continue to do so AFTER the case is closed, you may wish to consult an attorney. Coppers LOVE to overreach their authority at every opportunity. A good lawyer letter should set most of them straight.
