Re: My Fathers Suicide.
For the autopsy photos, you'd probably want to contact the Medical Examiner's office. The detective can stonewall you because cops enjoy doing that, for whatever reason. But the ME is required by law to release the photos to the decedent's next of kin. If he refuses, you can actually (if you cared enough) sue the bejeezus out of the department, get the photos anyway, and hit the dipshit ME with a stiff penalty for his attitude, to boot. The only way they can block the photos is if a judge has sealed them (and even then next of kin can make a good case) or if there is an ongoing (as in not yet closed) criminal investigation surrounding the death. If that is the status, they can block your request on those grounds until the case is closed. But the cozzers don't like open cases hanging around, so they are under pressure to close it ASAP. |

Re: My Fathers Suicide.
Who cares? The first picture alone was worth the thread (wtf is that white "glue" on the bedsheet? ) Real or not, it's OG and quality The pictures are obviously "amateur", felt real etc. OP, thanks for posting! Hope you and your family recovered |
