gotta love the Puerto Ricans and their funny funerals and wakes

In Puerto Rico, a funeral home used a special embalming treatment to keep the corpse of 24-year-old Angel Pantoja Medina standing upright for his three-day wake. His wish was to remain standing, even in death.

This was gross. I remember when it hit the news here. The same funeral home went on to do another one with the man on a motorcycle (story here). http://www.autoblog.com/2010/04/27/p...on-his-motorc/

But our health secretary stepped in after that and shut the weird funerals down.

That's kind of creepy, but I don't really see anything wrong with it if that's what the family wants.
