Ah yes, two of the three top SK states (Luisiana is the other, hard to say for sure where it lies in relation as LE in that state ignores or even fails to report vast numbers of missing persons and murders, and absolutely refuses to admit to a serial killer until a killer turns up and admits to it - it's the new SoCal)

 guy in front of the guy with the yellow shirt has no flip flops then if you look slightly to the right someone is wearing runners or some sort of shoes. and guy in all blue is wearing work shoes. and of course the victim.
