His job title is probably Dock Rigger. I did that for a few years a while back. They teach you that you should obviously not stand anywhere under a load (pun intended). His personal safety was the last thing on his mind. If the cable would have snapped and he would have been properly setting that cargo into place with a guide rope he'd be alive today. But then again, if it wasn't for morons we wouldn't have most of this site's content.
