Yeah, doncha hate it? I am in 100% agreement with you and I understand your frustration......As far as ppl going thru your banana peels/personal trash....just put a little rotten meat in there every trash day, like uncooked chicken gizzards and such. You could probably get some for free at grocery stores. Just get it, leave it in a bag in the bottom of the trash barrel...wha lahhhhhhhhh! Your trash stays your trash, almost guaranteed. Except for the investigators looking for the body, that is.
