my first thought was animal..dog maybe. due to the damage to the face. then i noticed kids right arm. the skin and muscle have been perfectly stripped leaving practically no damage to the bones or tendons. not to mention, he is still wearing a bracelet that seems undamaged. my theory, victim of demented murderer!
