By this time the Thais were pretty much censoring everything, but I personally think it's good enough.

Happened in Samut Prakan province. The woman, aged 39, was found around three days after hanging herself.

I was pretty certain that the case below has been posted before, but I checked the old posts and didn't find it. Old-timers like Vedderman will certainly recognize this case, though.

In April, 2013, Mueang Nakhon Sawan district, a teen girl was found hanged in her home. Newspaper said she'd had arguments with her boyfriend she'd met on Facebook. Earlier she had tried to stab herself with a knife but was stopped.

A comment on facebook claimed that it wasn't about romance, but she was sad that her parents moved out with her two brothers, leaving her alone with her grandparents. Looking at her note, she wrote "I am sorry, grandpa, grandma, aunt..." but then crossed out the word "mother" at the end, so problems with her parents might have contributed too.

Case from March 9th. Woman named Miroslava supposedly commited suicide in a park in Voronezh. No specific reasons mentioned, just "personal issues."

Unfortunately there were barely any decent photos in this set, but this happened a few days ago and it involved two women, so posting anyway.

Apparently this "tommy girl" couple owned a business, but were suffering serious financial difficulties and they had accrued 6 million baht (around US$175,000) in debt. Therefore they apparently both hanged themselves. One was 34, the other 37.

This case is like 10 years old and I think I have posted it here before, but it was brought to my attention this afternoon while researching a case in the same area. I found the original incident report for the emergency call. But when I came here to find the original set, I couldn't locate it so I'll just post the whole thing now.

29 year old woman hanged herself in a shack/shed behind her home. She worked as a professional photographer and was suffering from severe depression. About 15 minutes before hanging herself, she texted a friend and said "You need to come now, this thing is stronger than me and I am almost done."

The friend was in a meeting and missed the message until a second one came in, stating "You keep going. I am going to do it now. Bye!"

Her friend hustled to her home to try to intervene, but when she arrived the woman was already hanging in the back yard. She cut her down and called the police. The incident report follows:

DEPARTURE TIME: 15:00 hrs.

REPORTED: Care Vallarta.

ADDRESS: Fernando Montes de Oca 110, Col. Niños Héroes in the Ixtapa Delegation.

ATTENDED: Firemen RP and EC.

UNIT: B-52 Ambulance



ACTIONS: Upon arrival at the home, the operational unit of the PV-164 area in charge of the 2nd Ofc was observed and approached with the report.

Ofc DG informed us that once in the place he realized that the body of the young woman was already on the ground. He stated that the neighbors had taken down the body of the victim, who responded to the name of LCC, 29 years old.

She was inside a wooden shack, lying on the ground in the left lateral ulnar position. When Ofc DG approached to assess the woman's body, he saw that she was without vital signs, cyanotic, and she had suffered a relaxation of her sphincters.

Therefore, she was not moved until the arrival of the competent authorities, who took care of the deceased. Her mother, Mrs. CCM, was present. Therefore, since there is no more to do, the service is terminated, returning to the base without incident.

Bollywood actress Akanksha Dubey (25) committed suicide yesterday in a hotel room in Sarnath, Varasnasi. The hotel staff found the dead actress and called the police. Some related pics and her final intagram live broadcast. Unfortnately I couldn't figure out what upset her that much. Would have been interesting to know.

Her body was - as usual - transported off in the most reverent way, on the cargo bed of an derelict truck^^
