Can confirm, her name was Norma. Found hanging on July 18 in La Matanza, Buenos Aires. Preliminary investigations are ruling out homicide. Still waiting for autopsy reports. Acording to some witnesses they saw her alone just moments before her body was found. Others say they saw her arguing with another two men but the timeframes don't match. |

That was one determined 16yr old if she lowered her self over a drop that high, maybe she wanted a sort of shrine, so every time her family and friends seen or passed over the new bridge, she would be remembered ..
