That's likely because of the "run" part... The car's long gone. :)

She didn't seem to bleed at all. Maybe gramma was already on the way out anyhow?
Rather odd that there's no blood with all the exposed arm flesh, tendons, and etc. Huh...

That's actually quiet common in postmortem injury's, especially if the wound is on a part of the body facing away from gravity.
Usually indicates that part of the victim's body was snagged on the undercarriage at some point immediately follow the initial fatal impact
